Customer product reviews

At RetailBlue.com we strongly believe that the best advice you can get on a product is from someone that has used a product before. That is why we ask all customers to provide feedback directly on the products they have purchased so that you will have some direct honest feedback on the product that you are looking to buy.

In addition, feedback gives us the opportunity to go back the manufacturer and tell them what is wrong with a product and get it fixed.

So how does it work?

Through our website, you will see boxes such as this one under a product image. These quick guides will provide you with a quick overview of how customers have rated a product and the number of reviews that product has received.

To read reviews for the product you can click the link or click the customer reviews tab.

In addition to the star rating, the review itself is designed to try and provide both the pro's and con's of a product. The review also provides a written review of the product by the customer and we also verify that each customer that is writing a review has actually purchased that item so that you can confidently see that the review is honest and is providing you with real user feedback.

To verify that the feedback being provided is from a customer who has purchased and used a product, RetailBlue.com sends each customer an email about two weeks after their purchase. This provides the customer with time to use the product and formulate an opinion. To provide a verified review, a customer clicks on the link in that email and then provides that review on our website.

RetailBlue.com does read every review before it is published on our site so as to ensure that its content will provide you with the honest review of a product that you are looking for.

How can I win?

RetailBlue.com offers a monthly prize for customer reviews on products. This competition is open to all customers who are living in Australia, have purchased a product from RetailBlue.com and your written review of a product has been reviewed and accepted by our customer review team. To enter, all you need to do is provide a review of a product you have purchased. The winner each month is a randomly drawn winner based on those customers that have provided a review. If you are the winner, then you will be contacted by RetailBlue.com at the beginning of the following month and your prize will be mailed to you.
