To make your payment via B-Pay you can pay directly from your bank account. Our B-Pay details are provided during the checkout on the bottom of your invoice. Payment can take 2 to 5 business days to reach us. Please ensure you include your invoice number in the description. There are no additional charges when using B-Pay.

Money Orders and Bank Cheques

RetailBlue.com will accept Money orders from Australia Post and Bank Cheques from Australian Banks. We do not accept cheques from personal or business accounts or from overseas banks.

Please be aware that we do not hold stock for purchases via Bank Cheque or Money order. If we do not have stock available when your payment arrives we will contact you. RetailBlue.com also charges a flat $2 fee for Money Order and Bank Cheque payments and this is added to your invoice when making your purchase.

When you are entering your payment details the URL at the top of the the page will show "https://" denoting that the page your are viewing was encrypted before transmitting the page over the internet. In addition you should see a padlock at the bottom of your browser denoting that the page is secure. If you do not see this when you are at the page to enter your credit card details, please do not enter them and either choose another payment method and contact us.
